The room was cozy and spacious with a comfortable queen-size bed.

Room was quiet. In spite of being just 1 minute on foot to the busy Place d'Italie, an intersection of 3 lines of metro. On this particular street there was no noise.

The wi-fi seems to use a bizarre security login script that does not work in certain versions of Internet Explorer. (It was not only me, another guest was not able to connect too). The personnel called a technician who was not able to identify the problem. For me, installing Firefox solved it but beware that this is not a free wi-fi that "just works".

The room was spotlessly clean and cosy with a queen size bed and the overall experience was fairly nice.

Staff dont speak english!! Rooms are dirty and the location is far, gotta take a 20-30 mins ride everywhere.

The hotel is not difficult to reach. The location of the hotel is good as metro station with three routes is nearby so that we could go to those sights in a easy way and .within a short period of time. Though we stayed on the groud floor, we did not feel too noisy.

There are two windows with roller shutters in the room. But one of the roller shutters could not be shut securely and we had to shut the window for safety. The hotel provides two sockets - one in toilet and one in the room. In my opinion, four or more sockets provided will be more convenient for charging battery for mobile phone, camera, using hair dryer and laptop at the same time.

This place is clean, has friendly staff, and is well-located.

fully equipped place with very nice helpful staff and fast wi-fi. variety of goodies for breakfast. location close to central paris from, the river and metro station and asian restaurants. for tea or coffee visit la tropicale nearby.

the hotel was very good. Best part is FREE Wi-Fi in your room! Location is outside city center but the hotel is very close to the Metro so this is no problem at all. Would definitely recommend a stay there!

The room was fine if you weren't going to spend a lot of time at the hotel. They had to know immediately if we were going to be having breakfast (which was nothing to write home about) and the last day we had to leave really early, so didn't have time for breakfast, but they were really good about reimbursing us for the money. It is close to some fast food places if you are in a hurry, but nothing much else in the way of restaurants.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean. It was situated very close to the Place d'Italie so it was really easy to get around the city using the Metro, which was less that 5 minutes walk. The local bistros and bars were excellent and offered very good meals for a reasonable price. Great location, very pleasant staff.

The bed is too soft and after 5 nights there we all feel a little bit uncomfortable. Rooms are tight.

The location is perfect: intersection of metro lines 5,6,7. And 2 minutes walk to metro. Ideal for visitors who will use metro/RER as a main transport. Kfc and McDonald's (McCafe) is very close for quick breakfast. Non-smoking rooms are available. Many restaurants and supermarket near the hotel. Wifi available and free ;)

Bathroom is small. Tv channels are only in French.
